Paolo Napoli

Paolo Napoli is Contract Professor at Florence University for the “Manufacturing Planning and Control” course. 

With a technical background (Mechanical Engineer, graduated at Florence University on 2001) Operations and Supply Chain Management are his core competences. Since his very first job experiences, Paolo has always worked for manufacturing and service companies, reengineering, innovating and enhancing their Supply Chains. His projects portfolio includes implementation of SOP, MPS, MRP and Capacity Planning processes, ERP and BI tools introduction, temporary management of SCM and IT functions for global companies. In the past 15 years he worked mainly in Italy, with projects in Brazil and China.

Paolo is an APICS CFPIM (Certified Fellow in Production and Inventory Management), CSCP (Certified Supply Chain Professional) and Six Sigma Champion. 

As a professional trainer, he is qualified as an APICS instructor (Master Instructor of Training and Master CPIM Instructor, Associate CSCP, Lean Enterprise, Global Sourcing and Principles of Operations Management).
