Manufacturing Technologies Research Laboratory
The MTRL is a research group within the dipartmente of industrial engineering (DIEF) dealing with manufacturing processes. The group is led by Professor Gianni Campatelli who followed its research activities from its very beginning in the early 2000s up to the present day with research activities dedicated to simulation, modelling and optimization of manufacturing processes.
Currently, the research group consists of one full professor, two associate professors, one researcher (RTD A), five PhD students, one funded researcher and one laboratory technician.
